The breakfast was great value considering the price and the staff were polite and helpful. The only thing that needed mending was the shower door, which couldn't close properly. "This hotel is super convenient when travelling solo in the city. The room is small but has everything you need. Everything is clean. There should be more staff, as it seemed that there were very few people working check-in, the bar, luggage room, etc. The staff were SO helpful, but management needs to hire more of them per shift, as the lobby gets very busy. Will stay again!"

"We were told we could have a nice upgrade for $200 with a nice view. Our room had a view of the train and nothing else. It was very disappointing and we felt swindled. I would not stay at your hotel again. The staff were not overly pleasant either. "

"Wonderful location with just a couple minute walk to Russell Square Station (Picadilly Line). The room was clean and a decent size for London. Breakfast buffet was delicious and good value. Just be careful with the shower flooding because the water pressure was too much to handle all at once for the drain. There is luggage storage which is great but was annoyed that I had to take out and toss my sealed water bottle I just bought out of my backpack pocket in order to store."
