"This is a small hotel, but it was excellent for a one night stay before catching a train at London's Euston Station. Our room was comfortable and clean. The room was small, but it provided exactly what we needed."

"I was deeply disappointed with my 3 night stay at St Pancras. After spending the equivalent of 2 mortgage payments, I was really hoping to treat myself to a unique, luxurious experience. Unfortunately I was placed in a room overlooking an empty event space. Even with its lights glaring into my room 24/7, it was still very dark and gloomy. My room received no daylight, I couldn't see outside. I felt shunned, like I was staying in a basement. If I wanted to sleep in a basement I could have stayed...

"We stayed in a Junior Suite with breakfast included. Check in was slow as there was only one member of staff in the level check in area at 1500 hours which is the advertised check in time.
The room was large and as expected but was a little worn and we had no iron or ironing board which delayed us getting ready as had to wait for one being sent to the room.
There is very little noise proofing and can hear every noise in the corridor and neighbouring rooms. We heard a very loud water pipe when...

"Room was clean. Bathroom is teeny tiny (like sit sideways tiny, and I am short). Hot water and water pressure were amazing!
Excellent location, close to Euston Station, lots of Indian restaurants, walkable to many West End shows (about half hour walk), about 15 min walk to British Museum.
We stayed 4 nights, no housekeeping. You can ask for new towels, but they require you to bring the used ones back.
Tiny hallways and our room had 4 stairs almost immediately at the door to descend into...

"Good hotel, great location for travelers. It was very convenient to the train stations and underground. There were also plenty of food options from the stations to street side and the neighborhood around the corner. The beds were comfortable and the room clean. The bathroom was a bit small and could use more hooks / racks. The check in kiosk did not work for us, had to check in at the bar. All in all a good stay and we would stay here again."

"We were very disappointed with the state of this apartment. Three main troublesome areas:
1. The pictures in the listing are deceiving — the apartment is much older and has not been kept up. The carpeting, couch and appliances are very old and worn.
2. The common areas are in very poor conditions, even less maintained and borderline filthy — carpets and walls were very dirty with tons of stain marks and are in serious need to be ripped out and redone.
3. The windows in the bedrooms didn’t...

"It was clean and convenient. Check in was very smooth. There was ironing board and fan in the room which I travel for business and would not choose this for a long term stay. There is a cooktop but no pans for example. It was good for a 4 night stay."

"Perfect location! Close to two underground stations making it so easy to travel around London. It’s really close to the main train stations too. Lots of cafes close by too. The room was really clean and had all the essentials you could need. The building was well secured and we always felt safe. We stayed during a heatwave and the room even had A/C! I would definitely stay again."

"Room was modern and decorated beautifully, this was my second time staying here and will definitely be returning. The room and building was clean and extremely quiet. The hotel is just around the corner from Euston station and Warren Street. There were shops about 1 minute away and suitcase storage as you can’t check in until 2:30/3pm.
You will receive emails and a text on how to check in/check out.
Thank you for another lovely stay."
