"Das Badezimmer ist äußerst winzig und der Boden gehört vielleicht öfter mal aufgewischt. Dennoch ist die Anlage sehr gut durchdacht (Codes zum Öffnen der Tür, etc.), großer und sehr schöner Aufenthaltsraum und die Kommunikation hat super geklappt. Aufgrund der Nähe zur Accademia aber sehr gut gelegen. Vielleicht kommen wir wieder mal 😀"

"Lovely apartment in central location. Clean, comfortable beds. The only drawback is we had the attic apartment which has a (locked) door leading to the apartment below and from there you can hear every single conversion of the occupants and use of the kitchen. "We loved our 3N stay at Residenza Ducato. The location is impeccable, only ~4 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge on a quiet street in San Marco, and ~20 minutes to most of the places we visited in Venice. "My party only stayed for 2 nights, so this apartment was adequate for our needs. There is only a/c in the bedroom and nowhere else, so we could not hang out in the living room. "Nous avons loué une caravane pour visiter Venise en avril. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la plage ou la piscine qui avaient l'air très bien car il faisait un peu froid. Il aurait fallu une couverture supplémentaire d'ailleurs car nous avons eu très froid la nuit. Sinon, les draps étaient fournis et bien propres, le logement fonctionnel et propre également. "This is such a great place to stay!! Yes it seems old but well taken care of. We had a canal view room with a balcony, it was a winner!! The room was spacious and clean. Staff were helpful with the luggage. Breakfast wasnt too bad either, could be a bit better but still great. Had good variety but quality was a bit low.
