I was given a link to an app to open the street door and the room door. It worked the first time, when we came back at 11:30pm the app did not work. We teied with another phone with different cel company and id not work either. We tried to reach the host to both numbers listed for about 45 minutes and nothing. We had to spend the night in another place and I had a minor. The next morning the app worked and thereafter. The host did nothing to solve the situation. Place was clean, nice and close to everything but we could not slept the first night.

The apartment was in a great location—close to everything and easy to get around. It was clean and had everything I needed. Just a heads-up: it’s on level 3 and there’s no lift, so be prepared for some stairs

Great stay at a great price!

Great little place centrally located with all the necessities! Hosts were wonderful and accommodated travel delays. Super close to Rialto bridge, St. Marks Square and water taxi lines. Also close to food and shopping. Right in the heart of Venice! Would highly recommend!

Prompt communication with the owner. Excellent location with ample space. The owner also provided very useful information regarding transportation, dining recommendation, etc, which we took and turned out to be great choices. All in all, highly recommend this place.

Okay for a short trip

The location is close to main attractions. There is no elevator, you need to climb three steep staircases with the luggage. The apartment has two renovated bathrooms which is very useful. The property size is good for Venice (a living room and a separate bedroom) , but feels way too cluttered. No view from the windows which you cannot open anyway because of the mosquitoes. No washer. AC works fine. Okay for 1-2 nights stay.

The property has perfect location but they need to informed to get to the apartment, you have to climb six flights of stairs because it is on the third floor, which actually feels more like a fourth floor, and there is no elevator. The beds are absolutely horrible! The mattresses desperately need to be replaced. Sleeping on them feels like sleeping directly on the floor. They are extremely uncomfortable. This is completely unacceptable and a total lack of respect for guests. Absolutely terrible experience! Don’t rent this if you have luggage is not for old people this is unacceptable they have to informed

The apartment was well located and we could walk everywhere near Rialto. Morena, our host, was on time to give us keys and very attentive in our check in, gave us maps and recommendations for dinner. However, a big disappointment in this stay was that we could not have a hot shower in the time we were there. We asked and supposedly it takes a while to get hot, but it never warmed up. In my opinion, unacceptable in a property at this price point.

If you cannot check-in before 5:30pm don’t book this property!! And I mean that in every way. The property doesn’t advertise this when you book we only received communication two weeks before checking in by then our options were limited. Most hotels on the island were rented or price has increased being so close to checking in. The message however did say that if we must checkin after 6pm then we can do so the following date in town. So we thought everything was good. Then suddenly two days before checking The management were calling and pressing us you must checkin before 6pm or we will loss a night of hotel, despite the earlier communication said there is checkin in town. The lady called and said we are closing at 6pm and you must arrive by then or The property location was great centrally located. The apartment is clean and decent size for 3 people. However, the AC is only in the living room

First i never received communication from the host, arriving in Venice I had to call to see what the instructions were since I did not receive anything from them, once I called they sent me the instructions and it was easy to find and get to the place, the first thing when I arrived in my reservation was the name of a room and they assigned me another one, from there I think everything started badly, in general the place is very well located it has excellent access To everything you need and in Venice, but in itself as a service and the value of what one pays for the place is not worth it, I did not spend much time in the apartment I only used it to get to sleep, but I had problems with the bathroom since it was difficult when one flushed the water so that the waste would go away, in both bathrooms the doors of the shower did not work properly and the water poured into the floor, it is very uncomfortable to be in a place that demands a lot of you and has Many rules, but they don't give you attention or at least a place that works properly, I read some answers that the person in charge of the place gave to other comments where she said that people expect a 5-star treatment and you are not paying for that, but I consider that answer is very bad because although it is true a 5-star place is more expensive, it is also true that the price of this place is not so cheap for what it offers and apart from that they do not even give you the treatment Adequate.
