"Close to subway station and namdaemun. Walking distance to shinsagae department store. There's a coffee and dessert place downstairs and convenience store on premise. Very convenient! Best thing is limousine bus from airport comes to the front door to this hotel! To go back to airport, it's just a 2 min walk away across the road! "
"The hotel is amazing, and for the most part the staff were great. We stayed with a baby and requested a crib, but they said all they had was bed railings. But then on our last night we did get a crib so I guess they just didn’t have one available? Also they don’t allow any inflatables for babies in the pools. Food was great, the groceria was affordable and delicious. Buffet was very pricey which was a little surprising but the quality is there. Obviously the chefs table and Michelin star Chinese...
"Staff genuinely enjoy interacting with visitors. I was greeted warmly and also asked if there were any special accommodations I needed. My charger malfunctioned and the front desk allowed me to borrow on for the duration of my stay. Delicious snacks were provided as part of a welcome package. Room was extremely comfortable. Would certainly stay here again!"
