"The hotel was in good and clean condition. Staff was friendly in the limited interactions. Room was clean and above average in size. Bathroom was also clean, shower pressure was good. The only thing I can complain about is the size of the shower towels. Would stay again if I should ever need to go back to Ottawa. "

"Staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable - clean and tidy, modern finishes, full fridge was a bonus, temperature was easy to control and manage. Lots of sunlight during the day (heavy curtains blocked it out when needed though). The cafe attached to the hotel was nice, very convenient for breakfast and lunch. Walkable to a good variety of restaurants and parks. Area around the hotel was a bit rundown, lots of condemned buildings, but did not feel unsafe -...
"This is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at. We weren’t even mad they were doing work on the windows while we were there. Parliament Hill is a stone throw away and a beautiful walk. The view from our balcony was gorgeous and we thoroughly enjoyed that you could stream from your own service accounts on the tv. Room service was really nice too, the menu was great and came to our room very promptly. Highly recommend "
