We enjoyed our return stay in Ottawa. The staff is friendly, professional and accommodating, our room was very clean, and the new restaurant, Akira Back, is wonderful! The hotel was well maintained and in a great location. The lobby washroom did not look like it had been cleaned in a few hours or more. Aside from that the property was great. I highly recommend doing valet parking especially with bigger vehicles. The hotel is in a great location and not over priced.

Mai Ling our cleaning attending was fabulous. The room was spacious. But the hotel overall needs a renovation. There are many nicks and stained areas throughout the hotel. Otherwise a lovely hotel and unbeatable location.
