"I liked the warm welcoming of all the staff and in particular Alex who was kind, human, client- needs oriented and very helpful! I dislike the attitude of the afternoon service of the restaurant! The young lady prevented me to sit inside the restaurant itself pretending that they served tea in the lobby! And she brought the machine to pay at the same time when she brought the tea. She didn't give me time at all to taste the tea before stressing me to pay! And she was expecting a tip with such a awful services!"
