"Staff very nice, convenient and central location for many tourist attractions and shopping and great diverse food options (though neighbourhood a bit seedy), free wine with check-in, would stay again. Only issue was an admittedly special request of mine, they kept saying they put it in the notes but then no one seemed aware of it and we had to ask several times for it to be done"

"The breakfast was good overall, and the staff were very friendly and quick to assist. However, there were limited options available for gluten-free diets, which was a bit disappointing. With a few more inclusive choices, the experience would be even better."

"The staff who checked me in was professional and amazing. She gave us a beautiful room with a view to celebrate my parent's anniversary. She made sure to make us feel comfortable and special. The room was clean and spacious. The wifi was speedy with no issues. The lamp lights did not turn on...perhaps the light bulbs were out? We had a wonderful stay and hope to return. Thank you!"

"Hotel is locate at Ottawa downtown area, very convenience. Staffs are friendly. We have 5 people and stay in a suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with laundry. Very comfortable stay. Only downside is the shapoo, conditioner and shower gel. They are so hard to squeeze. Should use the pump ones. Other than that, everything is good."
