"The staff is incredible and they work well with the limited tools given. The room was fairly clean until we had to make up the pull out sofa. There was rust, bugs and the springs were exposed. It was too bad to even consider letting my child sleep on it."

"The room is very cleaned and well detailed. Staff is terrific. Very polite and manners. Breakfast was terrible for me. I had liver and curry chicken which was horrible. I'm a Jamaican and i expected the meat to be well seasoned. I gave the Breakfast a 1 and it was because of mu server. Overall I'll definitely go back there. This is my honest reviews. "

"The property is well kept, the atmosphere relaxing, but most of all I felt very safe. The communication level however at first could've been better. The agent that I spoke with was very apologetic and very professional and courteous. Overall my stay was excellent. "Central, very clean and just like the photos. We had a little issue with the guard not letting in a guest because he refused to turn down the loud music but other than that it was very good staying at the apartment cannot blame the guard either."

"Shirley Retreat Hotel was super clean and accommodating. My son and I was able to rest good the beds slept well and the rooms are super spacious. We were there for a tennis tournament and it is positioned near some good restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely rebook upon my return."

"Ms Jodi and Mr Jerry were the most gracious hosts. They were only a phone call away and ready to help. They had a poster board with a list of local shopping and site seeing sites. We shopped for our groceries and cooked our own meals. Our space felt so comfortable we were able to focus on our trip without the stress of worrying about being in cramped spaces or being a bother to others.
