The staff were really lovely and helpful, with everything they gave us a map to Harry Potter as the hotel is a Perfect location if you are visiting the Warner brothers studio. It’s a 20 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride for £6. There is Nothing else in the area to do, however, you can visit the town of Watford, which is a 10minute taxi ride away £10. Lots of pubs and restaurants "

"Lovely welcoming hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was lovely with large single beds which are extremely comfortable. The hotel is amazingly quiet being so close to a very busy road. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying there again."

"Booked a room with a king size bed plus a sofa bed, but the latter turned out to be just a normal sofa. However, the staff were really helpful and quick to find a solution so the stay ended up being perfectly fine."

"I have stayed in London many times over the years and would say that, for the money, this was the worst experience I have ever had. The staff was barely civil and the whole hotel felt extremely run-down. The room was in need of painting and several things were not working. I could only find one functional electrical outlet, the TV was not operational (turns out the cable had been unplugged), and the safe's mechanism was pulled away from the door -- the batteries were lying in the safe, and the door could not close as it was misaligned. The heated towel racks weren't working and when I asked about them, I was told they had been disabled throughout the hotel as they were a safety hazard. (A sign indicating that might have been nice.) The drawers to the desk wouldn't close properly and there was a slight odor throughout. When I requested a new room, the staff grudgingly agreed. The new room was marginally better - at least the TV worked. In addition, there is no food available at the hotel, not even vending machines. I was very glad I was only staying the one night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. "
