"Wish they had more water in bar"

"Would have been nice to know the pool and gym cost $50 to use. A hot tub after a cool round of golf would have been fantastic. Rolling in at 8 and being asked to pay $50 to hot tub for an hour is a tough pill to swallow "

"We stayed at the resort for two nights as a surprise gift to my wife on her 65th birthday. I choose a superior room with a hot tub on the balcony. The suite was well appointed and lovely by design. The spa was first-rate. Expedia gave us a food credit for dining, which leads me to our major disappointment with the Brentwood Bay Resort. In all of its marketing materials, the resort claims to be world-class. However, for both of our nights the fine dining room was closed for dinner. What? We only...

"This place is clean and the staff was very friendly. It was.a great location for us. 20 minutes to Victoria and 30 minutes to Sydney and Butchart Gardens. The food was good. The bar was OK. The TV stations were very limited. Hot tub and pool were great. The steam sauna would not stay hot."

"This is an older motel with outside corridors. Location is excellent either way access to walking areas and the gorge. The property needs cleaning up on paths and outside areas too s have been upgraded. Breakfast is continental style but adequate."

"The property was lovely, inspiring, accommodating, and upscale. It’s only about a 10 minute ride from the bustle of DT Victoria so being nestled in a quiet area as pretty lovely. David, a manager at the Rosewood, made out stay absolutely unforgettable. His knowledge of the property, history of the hotel and Victoria, and suggestions of things to do absolutely made our time at the Rosemead exception and unforgettable. He’s the true gem of the the property. Thank you for an amazing stay! "

"What a neat little hotel. It is a little older however they have gone above and beyond with adding the extras in the rooms then many hotels ie. on pillowcases it is embroidered what the pillow rates soft firm etc. what a nice little touch. Great location and lots of parking. Rates reasonable as well."
