"We are badly conflicted about this hotel. It is truly a 5 star luxury hotel with incredible finishes and service. The restaurant is also terrific as are the staff. So what is our problem? Samuel McClure must be rolling over in his grave at the mis matched furniture and decorations , the multitude of odd garden statues placed aimlessly everywhere , and the requirement that you must go outside and get wet after dinner to get back to your room. Please just reduce and simplify the furnishings in...

"The room was very clean, I loved how cozy and warm the room was, the color scheme was very inviting!! I definitely would stay again!"

"Checked-in late night, lady at front was very nice and helpful (could perhaps avoid chewing gum when with guests at desk, just an idea), the bed was surprisingly comfortable, room very clean, all around very decent value for money. I would suggest the hard-working room attendants be given proper cleaning equipment so they don't use guests bath towels to clean the windows as I observed. Thank you, will very likely return. "
