"Loved the in room hot tub! The bed was way too big for the room, kept hitting our shins coming into the room. Did not like the cooking burner setup, I don’t think it even worked. The shower head did not have any pressure at all. The patio was nice and there was a great view, the area is nice but still reasonable close to the city."

"Everything was great, staff was friendly, beautiful hotel that gives you a blast from the past! We ended up in a suite with gorgeous mountain views and even a fireplace...nice touch. We ate dinner on the patio and the food was decent. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to enjoy the quaint little town of Manitou Springs."

"There was a poo stain on the bed when I pulled back comforter. Top sheet was put on sideways. Texted the hotel with pictures and got no reply- took 2 more texts and they said they would provide a room credit, none came. Coffee in lobby is not worth using, restaurant is torn apart, and nobody has ever been staffing this place in the 3 times I've stayed. People at the bar couldn't get ahold of anyone to even get in their room. Not sure who's even running it. Disappointed because the building itself is so rad. I wish they would properly manage it. "
