"Michael Nevarez was absolutely AMAZING! Super helpful and easy going as well. Highly recommend everyone have him assist with anything related to the car valet at the resort. La Concha was amazing and I cannot wait to stay here with my partner in the future!!"

"The property has a great location and a beautiful front area, which creates a very nice first impression. However, the customer service experience at the front desk was disappointing, as the staff came across as unfriendly and unaccommodating. Additionally, basic amenities such as bottled water were not available for purchase outside of the restaurant area. I was also surprised that visitors were not permitted on the property, even if they were willing to pay for access. Offering reasonably priced day passes for family and friends visiting from nearby areas would greatly improve the guest experience and make the property feel more welcoming. Overall, the location has a lot of potential, but improvements in hospitality and guest accommodations would make a significant difference."

"La habitación no la limpiaban muy bien, además q era muy incomoda, sin closet, no había donde colgar una toalla de manos ni la de baño, no hay puerta de baño y todo se moja y la taza esta super pegada a la pared, apenas puedes sentarte. Un dia compramos fruta para llevarnos a un tour, la compre subimos al carro y empece a comer y salió mal la fruta sabía caducada, y no había tiempo ya para regresar. La piscina no la vi muy limpia, no se si hay otras habitaciones mejores, pero la de pista parcial al mar no la recomiendo"

"Quiero hacer una aclaración yo no me aloje en el hotel del aeropuerto, pues tuve que cancelar la reservación porque el aire acondicionado central lo tenían roto y la persona que me atendió me dijo que me reembolsaban todo el dinero de esa reservación, espero que me tramiten ese reembolso lo más rápido posible, gracias"

"Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I arrived hours before check in they were able to get me into a room very quickly. When checking out we had hours before our evening flight hotel staff offered to store our luggage until it was time to head to the airport. This was our 2nd time @ The Royal Sonesta in PR we do love it and will likely return. The pool could have been a little cleaner this time around."
