"The staff called Michael and some guys were so kind and attentive to me. I got some problems at the hotel, but whenever I ask them to fix it, they tried to do everything I wanted. Especially, when I wanted to take a taxi from this hotel to different hotel that I was going to stay, Michael was so helpful. It was worth it, I’d recommend this hotel to tourists for sure "

"Parking and personal safety was secured, a big plus for this area. Breakfast with lots of coffee was a good deal even at $8 extra. Location was ideal: away from noise yet close to restaurants and beach. I'd go back. 2 nights "

"The location of this hotel to the beach is excellent. The hotel itself is let down badly by certain staff members and the manager. On arrival to the apartment we booked we found there to be no plates or cutlery what so ever in the kitchen, when I went to reception to ask for some the boy on reception told me they were not included I asked if they could provide some and even offered to pay or leave a deposit and he still said no. I asked him to contact the manager which he did on the phone and they proceeded to laugh and ridicule me not realising that I speak Spanish and understood everything they were saying! I asked to speak to the manager and he gave me the phone and he told me I should have brought cutlery plates and utensils with me from the UK!! We ended up having to go buy them. There were no towels in the apartment and when we asked for some there were full of stains and grubby so we went out and bought towels as well as we didn’t want to use there grubby ones. One of the bedroom windows was broken and didn’t shut there was a one once gap. There were 2 plug sockets hanging off the wall. The whole property was very run down and needs a lot of work to bring it up to even safety standards and in my opinion would benefit from new management who at least have good customer care. I was surprised to find out the hotel checkin chain is a Spanish company and I will be making them aware of the bad management of this particular hotel. "

"The room was amazing. Great place. Impossible to get any questions answered, check in was a nightmare, and our room locked at 11 am with half our stuff in the room. Hours passed without assistance. Requests for late checkout went unanswered. Room great, communication terrible, facilty amazing."
