"Excellent airport hotel. Large room with comfortable king bed and awesome bathroom. Shuttle service was excellent from and to the airport. Note there is a free going to the airport. There is a metro station a few minutes walk away which can get you to central Madrid within half an hour. I would definitely use this hotel again when I am in Madrid."

"The walls are very thin. I could hear someone peeing every time they went to the bathroom. There was also a funky smell in the bathroom. And this might just have been the night I was there, but there was someone outside screaming and swearing at the top of their lungs for hours in the middle of the night. It was not a restful night."

"The hotel is very modern and well-maintained. The front desk was very helpful. I needed help with a restaurant reservation. I was having trouble making a call, they called for me, the staff at the restaurant did not speak English, the staff helped translate for me..I thought that was very nice. Our only issue was that the restaurant could not accommodate for our allergies. I had emailed them in advance, I wanted to speak to the manager in person as well, she was pretty blunt in telling me “ you had already emailed me and wen already told you we cannot accommodate”, thought it was a bit blunt, but whatever.. Otherwise all was great."
