"Fantastic stay. Lovely room. Free parking and £10 for our dog to stay ( 2 night stay) food was lovely and we could take our dog with us. The staff were fab made a fuss over our dog and nothing was too much trouble for us or her. Opposite, there is a field that you can take your dog for a walk. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will definitely be back. "

"I booked online my room in this hotel.But girlfriend ring them for confirmation about like can we check in after 11AM.So, they make a reservation on her name as well.When I went there for check in so she charge me for other room as well which one we didn’t book.I was very disappointed about that.I will say they don’t need to do this things.The staff wasn’t cooperative specifically check in one."

"We arrived around 4:30, the carpark was busy and the restaurant really busy - wasn’t an issue for us as we were going out. The reception is away from the hustle and bustle of the bar/ restaurant which was good. The room was big enough, but the beds are really small. My husband had to go and ask for another room (on his own) as the double was bearly wide enough for both of us, let alone long enough. … so if you are over 5’8 you will struggle. "Unfortunately, upon arrival, it became immediately apparent that the property bore little resemblance to what was advertised, and the experience caused significant distress to my family. On arrival, the front of the hotel appeared derelict and closed, with no visible signage, no other guest vehicles, and a police van parked outside. After driving around the side of the building we eventually located the reception entrance, however we were alarmed by groups of intoxicated individuals loitering...
