"Good"

"Convenient location"

"El personal super amable, las habitaciones muy agradables, lo único es que se escucha mucho cuando alguien llega en la noche y entra a su habitación. Pero fuera de eso muy limpio. Amables, muy bien ubicado. Muy recomendable"

"Prime location, well kept building, rooms are big and clean. The staff super friendly. The breakfast is great."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and dedicated. Breakfast was ok. Convenient location near restaurants, shopping and other attractions."

"The location of the hotel could not be better. One block from Florida pedestrian precinct, close to shops, restaurants and bars, near San Martin Square for lovely walks, but also central in terms of the theatre and concert halls, public transport hubs especially the main railway terminal. But most impressive was the friendly and helpful staff. It is true that the views from the rooms tend to be disappointing but this is Buenos Aires. One does not want to spend much time in the room."

"Todo excelente. El desayuno exquisito y el personal muy amable. Muchas gracias!!"

"This is an excellent hotel and in a great location in Recoleta. The staff is very friendly and professional. Santiago greeted us and was very helpful getting us settled in. The breakfast is quite adequate with scrambled eggs, sliced meats and cheese, and a large selection of breads, pastries, and fruit. We had a great stay here."

"It was 6 C in Buenos Aires and there was no heat in the hotel. They told me that this is what the guests preferred :). I asked for a heater an was told there was none. I called Expedia for help. After receiving the call from Expedia, the manager was kind enough to find a heater. My colleague who booked from another agent was not able to get a heater. Second issue, there was construction in the hotel with disturbing loud noise which was not announced to people who reserved at that hotel. Third...
