"I found the room to be clean and bedding and linens of quality. The location was perfect for me - close to Buquebus and within walking distance or short ride to tourist attractions. The Staff/Front desk were amazing-always ready to answer any questions and helping with directions, etc. However if you are looking for a Hilton and Hilton amenities, this will not be the hotel of choice. It is all relative price wise! "

"Easy check in and check out. Staff was helpful. Shout out to Luca at the counter! Hotel is centrally located to almost anywhere. Walkable to most tourist spots. Only 11 minutes drive to the cruise port. Free breakfast. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was spacious but bidet kinda smells like sewage once in a while. But other than that the hotel is Highly recommended! "The hotel is well situated in the microcentre, with most places of interest within easy walking distance. Our room was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. However our overall impression was that the hotel feels "tired" and would benefit from a refurbishment. The photos of the hotel are clever and somewhat flattering, the reality is less glamorous. "The staff was the best part especially Santiago. They all were a big help. We stayed in one of the duplexes at the very top. It had great views."

"One elevator was broken down so one had to wait for up to 10 during busy times. Rooms lacked amenities such as sufficient towels, chairs, tissues, extra pillows. The shower was very slippery, which would have been helped with a shower mat. The location was ver central, which was nice, but rooms facing the front were noisy. There was no food available, aside from breakfast. Breakfast was good, but very crowded. Staff had trouble keeping up with the supply of plates, cutlery and some food items."
