"I upgraded my room to have a hot tub, the hot tub was extremely dirty and the water was a muddy colour. I washed it out 4 times and still nothing changed. I contacted front desk who just came upstairs to apologize and offered me no discount on my stay or anything at all. The next day they moved me to a different room and the same results happened again. I got fed up and just left and will never return. I know its not the fault of the staff for the rooms not being up to date or cleaned properly...

"Nice view from room. Need to update chairs in room. Add more comfortable chairs and decorate, paint and just make it look more inviting. Paint was new but it needed to be scraped and repainted as it was lifting off. I know this sounds petty but it is such a nice place and just up grading would make a huge difference. Water bottles, things to do in area, just some interesting touches and this would be a five star."

"Check in was easy. Received a text with all my needed information. The room was cold at first. The radiator was set to low. Took a few hours to warm up but we left the motel while that was happening. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable."

"Super easy check-in and check-out with a code sent to your phone in advance. The only issue was the neighbours, who apparently needed to have a screaming match at all hours of the night. Couldn't have been controlled by the hotel staff, so not their fault. Luckily, I had earplugs, so it wasn't much of an issue."

"Room was suitably clean, staff answered the needs, breakfast was good, didn't run the a/c. But we needed to ask for an extra towel for washing hair & the sliding door from our room to the adjacent parking was very hard to open. Wouldn't roll freely at all."
