"Had a great stay at the property, which is in a nice small village outside of Carcassonne. The breakfast was very nice, with various breads and jams fruits and such. The bathroom was quite large and the room had ample pace and such for clothes. There is a restaurant about 50m away that is very good. Probably the best part is that the proprietrix is wonderful."

"You are asking about the staff? There was nobody there when we arrived. I could not find my reservation number because of poor phone connection! It took us 15 minutes to check in and other guests were struggling too! Not a good system and Expedia should let us know that there nobody at the Hotel when you arrive, that we needed our reservation number, not just our names and to be ready for a machine."

"Staff were fantastic and friendly, always had time to answer questions or give tips about places to visit. Room was to a nice standard however the mattress was extremely worn on one side of the bed. Nice Continental breakfast every morning helped set the day up"

"This hotel is not for luxury travellers, but it's clean, the staff is excellent, and it's close to the airport. The parking lot is secured overnight by a gate (they give guests the code), and although the rooms are small, they have everything you need. I especially appreciated the blackout curtains that work better than any I've ever had before. I would definitely stay here again."

"Food expensive but worth it"

"Catherine is very helpful and kind, watched our luggage for a few hours and lent us an umbrella. Location was about 20 minutes walk from the entrance to the old city. We were lucky enough to have one of the large rooms, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathtub was amazing! The hotel is bit difficult to find as the signage is very discrete."

"The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The pool and Jacuzzi are unheated as Americans. We did not realize that Jacuzzis in France were unheated. We were put off by this until we discovered that this is pretty much a universal thing in France that Jacuzzis are unheated. They have a restaurant which we had an appetizer sampler and a few drinks and those were good. The bed was extremely comfortable. The plumbing was a little bit weird, and that we were on the ground floor, and...

"L'hôtel est situé à environ 10 mn de la Cité de Carcassonne et on l'aperçoit des fenêtres de l'hôtel. Nous avons très bien dormi car c'est calme. Les propriétaires de l'hôtel sont très agréables les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La piscine est très jolie. Je recommande vivement cet endroit."
