Excellent service from two friendly and helpful receptionists/bar staff. The pool was perfect for a moderately hot day (25 degrees).

The hotel is quite basic. Good if you are not going to use the facilities much or if it is a passing hotel. Despite this, it has a swimming pool and several supermarkets, a shopping center and several fast food nearby. But to see the city you will need a vehicle. I didn't see any transportation options. Just the right size for two adults and one child. Comfortable bed. Kettle. The shower is very slippery.

On the way to the hotel in a taxi to check in before an early flight the next morning, I received a message saying they could not honour our booking!

Brief One Night Stop.

Very basic and small. Tucked into some industrial like area. Saving grace is gas station just 400m away and we were able to top up before our next journey as our gas was running very low.

This is a basic hotel about a 10 minute walk from Carcassonne airport. We were made welcome by friendly staff. Our bedroom was clean as was the bathroom but there was a very strong nauseating smell of drains. We had to close the bathroom door during the night. The breakfast was excellent. However we were met with a point blank refusal when we asked if we could leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours before our afternoon flight. We were told very firmly that once we had checked out we had checked out!

The cool Receptionist has put us in the wrong room as the roof was open and many birds were flying into the roof. it may be nest in the roof straight from our room. there are many poo of birds falling on the balcony near our door. the swimming pool is lovely, but too small for swimming. the path to Airport is not good and rough for the case to rolling.

Accueil excellent Respect demande douche au lieu baignoire En revanche douche pas pratique car sans rideau ni cloison vitrée, comment ne pas mettre de leau dans salle-de-bain ? Pire pas d'éclairage zone douche... Certes ce Kyriad doit etre un ancien Hôtel Campanile rénové mais jaimerais voir le maitre d'œuvre prendre une douche... LoL Dommage matelas, qui sembaliebt en bon etat, être stockés dehors sur parking

Accueil très sympathique. Propreté de la chambre laissant à désiré (crotte flottante dans les toilettes en arrivant). Fenêtre cassée laissant passé le bruit. Lit confortable. Déçu du service

A notre arrivée l’accueil nous attribue une chambre, mais une fois sur place nous constatons que le ménage n’a pas été fait, la chambre n’est pas prête. Donc retour a l’accueil... On nous attribue une autre chambre qui est effectivement prête, mais le wifi ne fonctionne pas, donc second retour a l’accueil pour régler le problème. Toit ça n’est pas vraiment professionnel

Convenable pour une nuit malgré la canicule dommage que les horaires de la piscine n'était pas étendue, fermé à 20h ouvert à 10h le lendemain, gros bémol malgré une propreté notre sdb avait une horrible odeur égout donnant la nausée il fallait y aller en apnée, surtout au réveil, hotel bien pour un passage vite fait proche de la route.

Hotel simple pero muy bien. Mejor que esperaría de sus 2*. La disposición de todos los empleados era muy agradecido, tanto recepción como los camareros, como la señora de limpieza. La área de piscina es cuqui. Pegas: el área es muy poligonero, entonces para ir andando no es ideal. Con coche bien. Los precios del bar/restaurante eran bastante Elevados
