Understandably the hotel cannot accuse a worker, although the did check the card swipes and cameras which found only one person entered besides us. I was just shocked the hotel didn’t offer anything, not a discount or a credit for upcoming stay, nothing. Will be the last time I stay there. "

"Did not even stay. Took one look around and left. Room locked like it was not even clean. Beds looked dirty and bedding looked unwashed. Beds extremely uncomfortable. They also wanted 100$ down and then charged my credit card 270$ after the fact. I am still hoping to get my money back."
