"I have enjoyed my short stay at the property, newly refurbished, clean and a luxurious bathroom and lounge/dining area. Kettle would do better with a descaling though. Surrounding area very poor but overall safe."

"Found it very hard to get into property had to call operator a number of times for help, then could not get into flat again needed assistance. Flat door would not lock in the mornings as code would not work so had to take my luggage with me every morning, ( 3 days ) would not stay here again. "

"My first time staying at leonardo and a fantastic experience. Exceeded expectations to be honest. Welcomed by Andrea, who upgraded me knowing I was on a few days work trip and had a stressful journey to Southampton.
