"The room was clean and the location convenient but it was difficult to find initially. There was no soap in the room or enough toilet roll so it would have been good to have been warned that I would need these. The shower head was broken. There was a kitchenette but an incomplete set of cutlery and limited crockery. At the cost of the room though I would have expected these things to be provided."

"There was a large party downstairs (floor below) on the Saturday night we stayed there. Music from DJ was very loud and pounding/felt in our room until after midnight preventing sleep. The Restaurant was unavailable due to the party. I wouldn’t recommend booking a room on this property when the downstairs facilities are booked in this way."

"Great alternative to corporate hotels . Stayed night before Edinburgh marathon to watch son run . Close enough to get there .
Hadn’t realised about communal kitchen and making drinks and bringing tea and milk , but slept well and drove locally to eat out"
