Cycling and walking trip to the scottish borders

Great location, handy for shops and restaurants and also handy for cycling the 4 abbeys way and/or walking part of the St Cuthberts Way or nearby Pennine Way. Room and Hotel in general was very clean and the proprietors were very welcoming and helpful. WE would stay here again.

Unfortunately the pub next door had live music until 1am and constant passing customers which kept us awake until 1am. Apart from that the b&b is very clean and offers a delicious breakfast with friendly helpful owners.

A very, very nice B&B. Could not fault anything. Lisa and Colin welcoming and genuine. Room very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect! catered for a gluten free diet without fuss.
