"Room was very nice. Seemed very clean. Staff was very nice as well. Did not like the resort fee of nearly $42. Not sure why its considered a resort. Thought room was over priced for not having breakfast included or a 24 hr coffee station. Room did not have any type of sitting/lounge chair except for a desk chair. No luggage caddy to prop up your luggage. 1 of the 2 hotel elevators was not working. When I pay a premium price for a premium room I expect certain amenities. Although I was very happy with the room itself I most likely won't be staying here again because it wasnt worth the attached price. I booked with a third party company which was slightly cheaper than booking direct."

We had a nice balcony in the courtyard but it only had one chair and no table unlike the other rooms. But Russell at the front desk was super helpful and had great customer service. Unfortunately, we didn’t know of any breakfast options by the hotel in the mornings."
