"While staying here it was supposed to be a non-smoking room and clearly stated no smoking allowed unless at designated areas. Our room smelled heavy of smoke the entire time and a neighbor was smoking right outside our room around the clock. There were ants in the sink after leaving one fork in there over night and the dishes were dirty before use. We felt gross and didn’t want to even shower here. Also reports a $10 per fee per night but upon arrive they charged $75 per night for one dog stating that that’s only for long term guests. They did give a slight reimbursement back for that when I asked. But the rest of the facility and room was not what was expected and just run down and not a comfortable stay. We were glad we were only here for one night and not an extended stay."

"Check in was supposed to be at 3, we got there at 3:30 and room wasn’t ready. Guy at desk said our room was the last room to be cleaned and they were cleaning now. That was a lie WE went up to room and had to ask the cleaning staff to clean our room because we had to leave in an hour for an event. They were so nice we when left at 445 the staff was still cleaning other rooms. We don’t appreciate being lied to and maybe the lazy guy at the front desk should have called the cleaning staff for us instead of making us do it . Room setup is odd, toilet and shower in tiny room. Breakfast wasnt good at 9 am, I guess it was timing because it was cold& dried out . Overpriced hotel"

"Check in was almost a disaster. So my daughter when younger changed my google name to a cartoon character from when she was little. I thought I had changed it back to my normal name but apparently I didn’t. So I go to check in and it’s under the cartoon name Bill Chiper which has happen before at check ins with no problem. Everyone just laughs and is like ok here is your room. Oh but not this lady she was not going to give me the room. I had the confirmation number and email showing her with the cartoon name nope had to match your ID. She talked to the guy next to her and he said no problem she was like ok I will give it to you this time like b… I paid $200 for a room and had all documents right there that it was me. Never have I had so much trouble checking in at a place never shading at the Dublin Durey Inn. Plus the elevator is the slowest elevator ever and they only have one on reach end both are slow. I will give credit on the pool and hot tub very clean and nice. The room was fantastic big and clean. The breakfast and dinner bar is free and three free drinks at the dinner bar was very nice. "
