The staff was great and welcoming; however, the facility and room conditions are poor! There were spider webs, poor room locks on the doors, and the whole set-up felt like an OLD apartment complex??? It is NOT appearing like the pictures..not even by any stretch of the imagination.

I liked the set up of my unit. It was convenient and comfortable. I liked the bathroom in each bedroom. The carpet was stained and the bathroom in one room had a slow draining issue in the tub and the kitchen sink had a leak when washing the dishes. Other than that it was cool.

It actually doesn't look like it's a hotel other than an apartment complex it's pretty safe in the most part I didn't venture out cuz I don't have a car however the room was clean except for the light flickering on and off my room but it's a small studio room that has a couch and a table kitchenette full size refrigerator king size bed I'm in a handicap room so the bathrooms well equipped for that other than that it's not a bad place at all I'll definitely stay here again and for the price I got it for it's well worth it

The room was not great. The one room had an unfinished whole in the ceiling where a fan should be, the carpet was coming up in places, the kitchen floor felt like it wasn’t finished properly, and the room reeked of smoke even thought it was a non smoking room. There was no house keeping which was fine for a short stay. It’s fine if you are young and don’t care , but it is not good for a family.

Room was clean, comfortable, bathroom walls old, some hair in tub, our bed continued to have a wet spot that continued to spread during the night. We paid for breakfast, they don’t offer breakfast. I just had surgery, there were no ground level rooms, it was difficult climbing 17 steps.

The staff was extremely nice! Our refrigerator quit working while we were there and they replaced it immediately! The rooms really need a deep clean. They werent completely horrible, but that was the only reason they didn’t receive a 5 star rating from me.

The pool was great for the entire family, rooms were clean with the exception of the carpet which was absolutely filthy. The property/buildings including guest rooms is run down, in need of sanding and repainting. Paint in the bathroom is cracking. The area (Dublin) is stunning with the exception of this property.

Stay if you don't mind bugs and dust...

WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN. The lady who checked us in was nice though and parking was plentiful. Sure, we were able to live here for 5 days, but it was uncomfortable. The apartment was organized but dirty. The carpet turned my toddler's foot black. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang anything and the towel rack was broken and tossed underneath the sink. Lots of areas were not vacuumed or cleaned: behind the one-person seat in the corner were cobwebs and dead bugs, in the corners in the bedrooms, above the mirrors - basically any space that isn't touched on a daily basis was dusty and unclean. Every day there were new bugs in the bathroom (rollie pollies, silverfish, crickets). I have no idea where they were coming in from. On one morning there was a GIANT wolf spider in the corner of one bedroom. Thankfully we were able to find staff to come and remove it (he brought it outside, he was also very nice). I didn't speak with the front desk about our stay because the first room we were assigned, the keycard didn't work. Rather than getting the cards redone, I asked for a new room because outside the first room, it smelled like marijuana and cigarettes (normally would've let that go but had a toddler with us), and the neighbors were also very loud through the door. I just figured this is the general quality of the location I booked.

Decent hotel in a great location

Very reasonable hotel. Location was very convenient to restaurants and highways. Room was clean and in good condition except for a few areas, the coffee maker had a moldy filter in it and no one has ever cleaned behind the doors, especially in the bathroom. Except for the coffee maker, the kitchen was very clean and functional. Large comfortable room for a great price. Free, onsite parking was well lit and abundant. This is an Ohio issue and not a hotel issue per se, since the rooms are smoke free, it seems everyone that smokes, smokes pot outside in the areas common to the entries to the rooms so there is no getting away from the smell.

Staff was very helpful and service was great! Fast check in and friendly! The room was nice, spacious but not cleaned very well! Food on the carpet around frame of bed! The location is great. However, the floors are very dirty. When I went to check in no one was at the front desk and had to wait and call to get service. The room given to me was not what I booked (I booked a king, got two queens in two different rooms). Light bulbs were missing, the batteries in TV remotes were missing, and the dishes were limited (no forks, etc).

Functional without any fluff

The hotel has done its best to refresh an older facility and having a full kitchen was amazing. However, during my 6-day stay, my keys stopped working twice and housekeeping never came. The phone in my room did not work and after I told the front desk, no one ever came to assess that. The room was marginally clean, lots of dust and debris in the corners, behind the doors, and along the bed frame. Overall, it met the needs of my stay: full kitchen, comfortable bed, and quiet.
