"Great location across the street from the beach and beautiful pool area. I would have expected in-room amenities such as toiletries (face wipes, q-tips, cotton balls, etc) in the bathrooms. Just that little extra touch would have made the stay that much more enjoyable."

"The location was really good. Close to the beach & restaurant & bars & shops as it was central to most places. We had an executive room with terrace city view. It was smaller than expected for the price we paid. We had drinks at the bar and the service was good. The breakfast was a big keg down. Not a huge choice . And the hot choices were not hot. The scrambled egg was cold and others were not good quality. We were not told we could order eggs either. We saw a table with poached eggs ands...

"Location is perfect. Staffs are very nice. Shower room has no curtain. No full set of Toiletries. My room 126 has windows but all blocked by surrounding buildings."

"Beautiful hotel & checkin/out process was fast & efficient. Staff so friendly! Rooms not huge & very dimm lighting but sufficient for our quick stay. Bathroom & shower are great! Close to tram to old town and a quick walk to beach. Breakfast items couldve been replenished more when big crowd. If you dont want cappuccino from machine you can pay extra for authentic…may take a while to get it."

"The location of the hotel is amazing!! Also, the rooms are fairly soundproof, so helps keep the outside noises to a minimum. Rooms are very spacious and the AC works great! Helpful staff as well!"

"The staff were so kind and polite and put up with my terrible French. The room was clean and the view was beautiful. I didn’t have any food from the restaurant attached but had a drink and it was clean and staff were polite. The air con was a blessing in the heat and having the hotel only 5 min walk from the promenade was amazing."
