"I recently stayed at the hotel while attending a Forbes event and was surprised by the early start of maintenance work on the ocean-facing terrace. Beginning at 7:00 a.m., there was noticeable drilling and worker activity directly outside the balcony. Given that the hotel was fully occupied by Forbes attendees, it is unclear why such disruptive work needed to begin so early.
