"The first thing you will notice is the awful smell, the beach has so much seaweed it smells of fish. The beach is small and filled with seaweed, so not pleasant at all. It's a busy beach, with lots of local people. Thankfully there is a decent amount of seating on the resort side of the rope. "Very nice rooms and well located. Areas of improvement could be 1) better tv channels, no us channels, very little in English -add Fox News. 2) bathroom has no door, more privacy exiting shower, 3) ice machines and laundry 4) beds are shorter than us standard 5) adding microwave would be nice "

"Property is clean. Staff is very nice and made the trip more pleasant. However, there is nothing to do at this hotel. The beach nearby is awful. I will definitely stay closer to Cancun next time and choose a resort with more activities and have a great beach. For me, this would be a good hotel for a one night stay but it’s too far from the airport to be that. So overall, not worth the money. Also, the sister properties aren’t any better. "

"Where to begin! Beautiful, relaxing experience. Claudia & Juan were so welcoming, helpful, and kind. Assisted with great humour and spirit for everything I needed. I already miss Chef Miguel's breakfasts. Such a wonderful way to start each day; especially when it can be hard to eat later in the day, when it's hot. The room was lovely. My only complaint is outside the hotel's control- nearby business has very loud music and thumping bass until late. The ambience is worth a bit of missed sleep...

"The main avenue was really close. The pool was nice. The staff was very helpful. The room was amazing. Only thing my bathroom was smelling like sewer and there was a lot of stairs. Otherwise it was actually really great and it was only one room out of the three."

"This may not be the place for everyone but it was Perfect for us. Beautiful room with a view of the Ocean. Beach front loungers and a view of the Sea. Not awimable but a walk to the main beach. Room was perfect and well kept. Food service available on the beachfront and breakfast for a small fee. Efficiency suite with fridge, 2 burner stove, microwave and coffee maker. Walking distance to everything we needed. A lovely stay with welcoming staff. "

"The condo unit was great. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit and it was fabulous to have so much space as a family and 2 bathrooms, which was gret with our teenage daughter! "Great location, close to everything. Breakfast was just okay. We only got water in our room one day they told us they ran out, they also ran out of hand towels. The view from our room was gorgeous, being on a public beach it was a bit noisy but we enjoyed it"
