"The room was clean but there were a few very small items that needed to be addressed but could also just be the age of the hotel. The staff was helpful and we really appreciated how helpful and welcoming the manager was. She noticed us sitting outside one evening and came out and turned the fire pit on for us to enjoy. We will definitely be back. The location is perfect! You can walk to everything."

"It’s good place to visit downtown Gatlinburg."

"Breakfast was a bust. Hot tub was closed. Shower needs updated"

"Sweet little clean hotel. It has all the amenities you need. However, something that was very misleading is the fact that they advertise breakfast, when they really do not provide much. They barely had any breakfast available, first come first serve. Just some dry cereal and pre-packaged muffins, not even bagels or bread were available. Besides that good hotel over all."

"We really liked location, just a short walk from the parkway, nice balcony overlooking creek. We saw two bears there.Breakfast was ok,just a basic hotel breakfast.Only bad thing was the pillows.Bed was comfortable, bud pillows were horrible.Bring your own if you’re staying here."

"clean"

"Hot water was not working well. Bath water was luke warm to cold. Went to our room we did not have any washcloths. We called and did receive them. We were checking in and then got our discount ticket vouchers. Don't waste your time with this you have to sit for a timeshare presentation. We sat for our timeshare experience for 3 hours. "It was clean. Great location."

"Its alot of walking to get breakfast...maybe they should have some items in the rooms when they know people are staying. Just thinking about if it was raining or super cold. I didnt have carpet in my room so I wish I wouldve had access to a broom. After walking all day im bringing the dirt into my room & then it was getting stuck on my feet. Bring slippers or extra socks maybe Lovely view."

"Room was less than expected had stayed there before but was disappointed this time. First there was no heat in our room and out tv would not work but staff was fast to come and fix it. The pool was outside our room and it was very dirty and the people beside us was pound and drunk. Not a restful night sleep. Will be looking for another hotel for next trip in May"

"The rooms were dirty and didn’t have toilet paper. The sheets were dirty."
