"The location of the Hotel is prime. Good breakfast on a terrace with breathtaking view of Condado snd ocean. The only thing that was not convenient was the parking situation. I had to park at a multilevel garage nearby and walk. Tip: leave luggage at checking, park and then come back for your luggage. And also validate your parking ticket either with security on 1st level or reception."

"It's bad. If you just need a place to stay for the night, it's passable if you don't mind motel 6 level service and amenities. If this is your vacation destination, go somewhere else. Waited two hours for a room past check-in. All kinds of hidden fee threats, credit card holds, and general BS. Carpets are ruined, room smells like a root cellar, no coffee, no coffee filters, no anything. No beach towels were available, no inner sheet on the bed, just a thin blanket. By thin, I mean my socks are thicker. This is a place for locals . Also, they day pass the pool to the public for 50 bucks to the public and it is shared with the embassy suites; busy and hectic. NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS."
