"My stay at Don Rafa Boutique Hotel & Residences was overall good, but there were definitely some positives and negatives. The room was okay, although not quite what I expected. There was only a small loveseat and no table or convenient place to set drinks or personal items. The service, however, was excellent throughout our stay. The staff was friendly and attentive. The rooftop restaurant was very good and is something I would definitely recommend checking out. One downside was that the pool was closed most of the time we were there, which was disappointing. Also, the light switches in the room were oddly placed and hidden behind doors, making them difficult to find. The bathroom was very small, and the sink water pressure was very low. Overall, it was a decent stay with excellent service and a great rooftop restaurant, but there are a few improvements that could make the experience much better."

"Bathroom was not great condition. Breakfast should be included. Casino is poorly run, people claiming they had money on the machines and supposedly walking away and claiming they left money on them. Management needs make this look into, travelers can feel more protected from outsiders. I will never want to make reservations here due to not feeling safe."
