"Walking from the train station was quick and easy. It took about 10 minutes. The location was perfect for exploring old town and getting to the train station to leave for the airport. Checking in was very easy, someone was waiting for us by the front door when we arrived and gave us a tour and our key. We really enjoyed having a balcony.

"The property was very well stocked: pots, pans, cutlery, wall plug adapter, umbrellas, toothbrushes, toothpaste and more. The only downside is that the floors do creak, so you hear the people above you. With that said, everyone seems to adhere to the 10pm quiet time so it was not much of a problem. I did not see a parking space so if you’re renting a car I would look further into that. Aside from that, no issues. Very close to the train station for transportation. "

"Property was clean and well located. We were there during a heatwave and there was no air conditioning, which isn't odd for Switzerland; we were graciously supplied 3 fans which helped us endure the heat. The washroom and kitchenette were nicely updated. We were on the first floor with restaurants below, so opening the windows was not an option due to the noise. It is a okay place to stay if you need separate bedrooms for privacy concerns, like we did."

Le processus de chek in est compliqué devant l'appareil. Plus simple faire l'enregistrement de la ID et de toutes les données depuis le domicile sur le PC. Sur place validation avec un code SMS."

"Ik was op zakenreis en dit is perfect. Heel ruim appartement, ontzettend proper en alles bij de hand: handdoeken, shampoo, douchegel, .. Enige minpuntje: de douche kan iets beter. Voor mij is dit geen spelbreker, ik kom absoluut terug. "

"Our problems began at check-in. There was no staff available to assist us, and we were left running from pillar to post trying to find parking even though they charged 35 chf per night for parking. It was 4 blocks away and Was hard to locate the apartment, and figure out how to gain access. After a long journey, this was extremely frustrating and stressful.
