"The staff was the highlight of this property! They were welcoming and accommodating, and they always went above and beyond anytime we needed anything. Whether islt was front desk staff, the maintenance staff, or the housekeeping staff, we were consistently met with friendly service.
The only complaint I have, and this has nothing to do with the staff, is that someone was smoking marijuana outside the front lobby and our AC would bring the smell to our room. Otherwise, our room was great!"
"Staff were excellent. Very friendly and welcoming. Great spot for kids to enjoy their stay. Their pool amenities were the best in Edmonton. Rooms were spotless.
Our AC stopped working and the room got uncomfortably hot, the front desk staff didnt hesitated to accommodate our needs and moved us to a more comfortable environment; a room with AC.
I will definitely be back again!"

"Very clean building and rooms, staff very friendly, nice and convenient having a restauraunt attached as well!
Dinner was very very good and decently priced, while the breakfast was okay and overpriced.
Would recommend others to stay!"

"Check-in was easy. The hotel was spacious and clean, and the room was big and comfortable. My only concern was the noise. The train tracks are right behind the hotel, and for some reason, the trains would blow their horns loudly in the middle of the night. I stayed for two nights, and it happened both nights. Also, I could hear the air conditioner running even though I didn’t have mine turned on.
