"Perfect place to stay"

"En general no es una bonita experiencia, es una desagradable experiencia alojarse en este hotel. El registro lo hice en el lobby, demasiado complicado. No es fácil, pues por falta de estacionamiento, alguien tiene que ir a chequearse y otro quedarse en el carro, pues unos se encuentra mal estacionado. Si tienen lista tu habitación al llegar. Mi registro fue fatal, estresante demasiada falta de empatía del personal, deficiente atención y falta de amabilidad de sus funcionarios. Parecen...

"We stayed in a pet room. It was very clean. The breakfast was lovely too. Great stay for a great price. The TV remote didn't work, the iron didn't work and the kettle took a while to boil - on reflection, i'd still give it 4/5 re the cost."

"This hotel is perfect for people wanting to access the ocean and the fun park which is across the road. I do feel that is a bit tired and needing a makeover. No lift or air-conditioning were a problem for us. But we have learned our lesson and are now specifically booking hotels with lifts and air-conditioning"

"The hotel is a little outdated, the room could have done with a bit of a dust, but the beds were clean and comfortable. Ideal location, except for the pubs/clubs opposite music till early hours, but wasn’t bad enough to stop me sleeping and our window was right opposite. Had on site parking which was very handy. The lady behind reception was absolutely lovely very helpful and extremely pleasant. She made up for the other minor issues."

"For the price it was good. The food was a little limited and while there is room service it only runs to 9:30 so not the best. Staff were lovely, although the barstaff were yoing and inexperienced clearly not knowing what goes onto what cocktails etc... I would consider staying again, but probably only if there was an offer on"

"The location is excellent with easy access to riverside restaurants and transport hubs. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was really good with a lovely view of Keel Square. Breakfast was OK but overcrowded on three occasions."

"Lovely hotel set in beautiful grounds. Flower borders were just lovely! Room (twin deluxe) was spacious, comfortable and clean. One note, we were in room 216 which had view over cafe at back, which was really pretty so not a problem. However, deliveries started unloading at 6am in the morning which wasn't great. The hotel is so close to Beamish working museum, very handy. Few good pubs in the area too."
