"Loved our stay at Z2 Hotel! Staff are all so welcoming, friendly and helpful – which made Hotel Z and Z2 a standout property. You'll be greeted with warm smiles and a happy "Jambo" by everyone!
Hotel Z is the main property, and Z2 is the sister property (where we stayed) right around the corner. Hotel Z2 offers the same access to the Z Hotel property including the pool and beach lounge area (pool-side service), gym, spa and access to the Z property restaurants and other beach-front resort...

"Absolutely first class holiday and resort. Food was exceptionally good, both in the a La Carte restaurants and the buffet, grounds were immaculate, staff were friendly and warm. The pool areas and raised beach were fabulous.
If you had a question or needed help with something, dial 9 and reception staff sorted it without ever needing to leave your room.
Without doubt one of our best holidays ever and we will be going back next year without a doubt.
The only note of caution would relate to...

"La serviabilité, la gentillesse de tout le personnel 👍
Du concierge à votre arrivée, le Check in et l’équipe au restaurant /bar/piscine et également le personnel d’entretien des chambres.
Et la localisation de l’hôtel"

"Horrible service. Did not stay due to a missed flight and poor communication with the property. Contacted the property multiple times over months with the same request and they rarely if ever responded. When I contacted them about missing my flight they had the audacity to inform me that I "only booked for 1 person" which contradicted my many emails and the hotels.com booking for 1 room with 2 adults. Decided to cut ties and stay at a much nicer hotel in Arusha instead of further dealing with...

"6 villa's met alle luxe die je maar wil !! Eten is schitterend, personeel super vriendelijk, heerlijk zwembad. Nee absoluut geen toeristische trekpleister, kalmte en rust ! Ideaal om 3 tot 4 dagen uit te blazen na een safari in Tanzania of Kenia"

"- Service / assistance: great service rendered by friendly and attentive staff, esp. Jacob
- Accommodation: quite spacious luxury tent, however no proper separation of living and bath rooms. This should not be a problem for couples though
- Safari: extensive tours with lots of different animals to see. Very experienced and knowledgeable tour guide staff. Special thanks to Alfred and Isaac
- Food: tasty ranging from traditional African to European cuisine"
