"We arrived from Canada early in the morning, and although our room was not ready, they did have a room that we could have. There was an additional fee for the early check-in, which we gladly paid. What we did not know was that it was a handicap room, which was not something we needed and, had we known, we would probably have turned it down. We did not partake of their breakfast, but had bought some items and used both the fridge and the microwave oven. The location was excellent , so close to...

"Very unclean and unhygienic, outdated, a lick of paint and a hoover around wouldn't go a miss, I found half eaten nuts on the floor beside the bed, there was crumbs everywhere, even inside the bed side table drawers, the bathroom door didn't close properly, the shower and toilet face eachother and when the shower has been used it takes about 20 minutes to drain and the toilet is drenched, not a good set up there, dirt in the bed, stains on the divan, window didnt open or close easy, the blind...

"Everything is good. Lobby is cozy. Only my feedback is there should have preparation of personnels during the high season or when you know the international conference will occur during certain period. "

"The property was clean and the inside is well decorated. However the fire alarm went off 2 mornings in a row while I was there and it seems someone accidentally set it off. Feels like the hotel should have some control over that (knocked off a star for this). The hotel restaurant breakfast was mediocre at best. The gym is very small but the equipment was fine. The front desk was helpful and friendly. The location is great."
