"This is a very good hotel. The rooms were huge. To be picky: it will be nice to have some hand soap by the bathroom sink, a telephone in the room to figure out what the Wi-Fi password was (something I never did discover) and a do not disturb sign that did not fall off the door handle 100% of the time the door was opened closed."

"Our stay at the Ibis for our last night in Malaysia was the perfect end to our holiday. The staff were lovely and the room and facilities were great. The only complaint I have was the lack of information about the bus pick up service from KLIA. We struggled to find the pick up spot. Sending the information to guests before their arrival would be helpful. The final suggestion I have would be that the shuttle needs to run longer. With many departures throughout the night a 24 hour shuttle service would make the hotel the perfect place to stay before a flight."

Nice rooftop bar with a pool and the choice at breakfast was great. Would recommend for a good hotel close to train links for the airport and metro lines."

"I had an amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur. The views were absolutely stunning—especially from the room, which offered a breathtaking cityscape that felt almost unreal. Waking up to that scenery was definitely a highlight of the trip. The breakfast buffet was also impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. There was something for everyone, and everything I tried was fresh and flavorful. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!"
