"Front desk always open to fix issues"

"The guesthouse is well located in the city. It has a small lush garden that create a peaceful place for breakfast or reading. Attentive and pleasant staff. Good value for the money"

"Clean room. Easy access to city center."

"The pictures are misleading and the hotel is not as nice as it seems. The cleaning and care of the room was poor. Had to ask each day for things that were forgotten, missing soap, toilet paper, etc.. Staff was not very accommodating when I expressed disappointment. Denit Machines rarely work, so bring cash."

"As an Expedia platinum client I must say this stay was amazing. Had a bit of an issue upon my arrival but the staff went above and beyond to correct it and make it right. Food was good, room was spacious, and location was great. The best part…felt like I was staying in an art gallery with beautiful displays of art all over the property. A must see for sure!"

"Excellent location close to the soccer arena was able to catch a game. The restaurant and food is delicious. The staff took great care of me."

"Great and comfy stay"

"My stay at Quality Inn Kigali was amazing from start to finish. The staff was extremely helpful, polite, and welcoming. From the first day, I felt right at home. I really enjoyed having a balcony with a beautiful view of the hills. Coming from Philadelphia, waking up to that view was something special...
