"Not impressed with the hotel. Prepaid the stay and food, but had to pay for my two daughters. Was told this at check in, where he said it was a buffet. It was not, instead we could choose for 25 euro from the menu, which takes away the idea of prepaying. They brought a board with the menu, where the special main course f the day was pulled pork burger. However before we ordered this was deleted, even though we had reserved table at 19 o clock, when they opened. We instead ordered four steaks...

"On the whole comfortable stay"

"I wasn't so happy with the property. Our first night was horrible. The room became so cold at around 3 or 4am. I was shivering but the warmer is set to 21' but they could have turn of the heating..second is that there was no sufficient towels. Normally if you enter a hotel or aparthotel you get the towels for the number of days you are staying i,e 4 days, then 4 towels for every person. Next the soap, shampoo or lotion. They gave us only one pair of small.bottles shampoo, hairbody and lotion and...

"Lovely hotel in a great location. Right across the road from the station. Tram stops nearby, short walk in to town. Hotel is pleasant enough and suitable for my needs. Bed was comfortable, shower has good pressure and hot. Breakfast was decent with enough choice. Wouldn't hesitate to go back."

"Quite incredible extremely old hotel full of original features. My room had wooden beams and tapestries on the walls with scenes from the middle ages. The room and bathroom were very large. The restaurant was excellent. "

"Stayed in this hotel as had an appointment in the area of Valenciennes. Hotel is in good state , clean and good comfort. Downside is that the restaurant is located inside the Casino , which i did not intend to visit :) Food was good but did not enjoy the casino surrounding :) during the night it can be a bit noisy outside with people leaving the casing during late (or early) hours. Breakfast simple but good. no charger for electrical cars :( "
