"The staffs are very accomodating and supported us with everything we needed. I even ñeft my bag inside the train with all of our passports inside and the hotel staffs helped us getting it by delivering it to the hotel.
The rooms are also wonderful. Thank you for hosting our stay in osaka 😁"

"Hotel conveniently very close to major train stations as well as dining and shops. Though, hotel may need renovation as rooms and floors are looking tired and worn out.
Rooms are comfortable but very small and tight for x2 beds."

"very nice hotel, large room compared to other Japanese hotel rooms. very convenient stay; next to train station, Lawson store right outside station good for quick snacks. would stay here again - wanted to go to Osaka Castle, and this hotel made it very easy to travel."
