"The room was clean and comfortable.honestly we left in the morning and didn’t come back till late so it served its purpose. We were walking Distance to the park . The hotel also had a shuttle ."

"Really amazing staff. Genaro saw my drivers license was from very far away and it was late and he knew I was traveling all day so he ended up taking care of my parking. Also were able to accommodate a late check out the following day. Overall really cool hotel, will stay here again."

"I love staying at Hotel FERA! They’re clean, welcoming and parking is easy."

"Convenient to Disneyland"

"We arrived early. Its sad because we have book med way ahead looking for a handicap room. Never csn find one when we try their own site and on third party sites. We do send a message as Expedia tell us to on their site for special request. Im happy this last reply they said they would try to get us our request. "Lots of space and parking was close to rooms"

"I loved our stay and will definitely be back. It felt safe, close, clean and resort like. Everything was exceptional!"

"Excellent situation to Disney. Everyone was helpful. Needed another pillow reception gave us one. Very helpful. Our safe played up the maintenance man came and fixed it and it was as nearly midnight. Excellent stay."

"Building smelled like mildew, rooms were outdated and dirty"

"Great location, very easy access to the parks, The one blemish was that we ordered room service (two salads - nothing difficult). After an hour with no delivery, I called. Apparently they attempted delivery and ‘missed us’ which was impossible because we were in the room waiting for our dinner the entire time. After a long pause they said they would bring the salads right up. Nearly 90 minutes after ordering salads, they were delivered. Clearly they’d originally itried to deliver to the wrong...
