"Excellent and relaxing stay. Great onsen experience and the food was wonderful. Rooms are comfy and immaculate."

"Great"

"It was a wonderfully unique experience to stay at this Japanese hotel with a private onsen bath in our room. I would recommend staying at least 2 nights as it is in a remote location 40 min from downtown Kanazawa. They have a free shuttle to and from Kanazawa that you need to organize with the hotel. The multi-course Japanese breakfast in a private room was a treat. The staff was very responsive and helpful despite not speaking much English. We had to make quite a few changes and they were quite...

"We had a very traditional Japanese breakfast, enjoyed it very much, delicious. "

"I love the Tanbo no Yu! I can tell that its being fixed up more everytime I come here! This time, really enjoyed the pure stream bath it was very warm and a comfortable place to chat with my husband. The food was delicious and healthy with many flavors and unlimited hokuriku rice! I definitely be back again!"

"Oasis is very good"

"Wonderful, unique place to stay. We really enjoyed hiking on the properties trails and enjoyed the onsen and French 4 course meal."

"Super friendly and helpful staff which catered for all my dietary requirements."

"お風呂のお湯が柔らかくで、湯上がりの肌がすべすべになった。 とてもきもちよかったです。"

"I cannot say enough nice things about this property. We had the private onsen. Everything in our room and the onsen was immaculately clean and smelled like cedar and cypress. Location was quiet and serene, and allowed us to relax and connect to the beautiful land around us. Dinner was one delicious and creative course after another, often featuring local ingredients harvested that day. The only thing better than the room and the food was the hospitality of our hosts. Everyone was welcoming,...

"Clean with a beautiful view and great restaurants. Check out Coffee House Bonjin for breakfast or 美味しんぼ for dinner. Parking is down the street, but there’s a spot onsite for loading/unloading (and possibly overnight parking, but please ask first, we just followed instructions sheet in the lobby). The place was incredibly quiet. I’d definitely stay again!"

"Great Japanese-style half-boarding experience with full dinner at dedicated tatami room , wonderful food selection including Japanesetop-rank beaf and line-up.Breakfast also good. Friendly staff and service, also onsen is good too. "

"A unique experience, traditional food, and all experiences. "

"We would highly, highly recommend Ichirino Kogen Hotel Roan. Dinner was phenomenal - some of the best food we had on our one month trip travelling around Japan. The variety of dishes, the freshness of the food, the beautiful presentation, and the harmony of the flavor combinations stood out to us. It was really delicious. The restaurant itself was comfortable and lovely. It was a little cold at first, but the grill warmed the room while the sake warmed us from the inside :) The service at the...

"주변 풍광이 아름답고 노천 온천탕이 환상적이며 저녁에는 향토적인 전통 춤을 감상하고 악기 연주를 체험할 수 있습니다. 저녁 식사와 아침 식사도 매우 맛있고 훌륭했습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절했습니다. "

"Wataya = WOW! From the second we arrive... I'm so happy Aaron chose this place. The staff is a family that has owned and operated this wonderful house for 7 generations! We chill in the onsen chatting loudly as we are the only guests today, return to the room to relax looking at the garden during twilight. Dinner is served! We did a poor job at informing them of my friend's restricted diet... The proprieter is so generous! She grabs a frozen pizza from her home to feed my buddy... I'm stuffed by...
