"Although the property was undergoing renovations the noise was kept to a minimum and we were situated in the alternate wing across the path from the main building. Key card was deactivated several times as I had placed it by my phone. I had not had this happen in the past. But staff were quick to make it right. They are lovely. "

The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean, though it did run a little warm for my liking. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the quick stay even nicer. Overall, a solid choice for a short stopover!"

"It was my worst check-in ever due to some misunderstanding, confusion, and a hostile front desk woman. After 1.5 hours, a wonderful person sorted things out and checked me in. From there on it was a wonderful stay. All other staff (including guest relations managers) I encountered were friendly and warm."
