I had a lovely stay at Hotel Serena. The staff were so sweet and helpful. There is a good choice of restaurants and a nice bar to have a casual drink at. The hotel is in a good location as it is in the pick up area for tours. I was here for five nights and went out for day trips each day. It felt like a home from home.

This hotel is amazing !!! I loved everything about it . The staff , the cleanliness (and I'm really really big on that ) the amenities , the food, how accommodating everyone was . It was a wonderful stay. The staff were super friendly and professional, including the concierge folks and housekeeping. Notably, Joshua, Mary and Miriam, in the dining room room and John were amazing. Our room was rather small, but still very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the spa treatment as well and the dining breakfast options were amazing and I appreciate it that they had vegan options for myself. We will definitely come back for future trip trips.
