"It is a fabulous hotel. We loved every minute of our stay. The staff are amazing… literally everyone! Front desk staff brilliant, restaurant amazing, bar staff amazing and cocktails fantastic. Shout out to Mohammed at the resort which we loved. Cooking school is a must. Restaurant was the best meal we had.
Only let down is the roof top terrace! Terrible service there and dreadful drinks. Hotel put it right on our return to their main bar. We will definitely be back. "

"Nous avons voyagés avec une enfant de 3 ans. La chambre de l’hôtel est correcte mais nécessite un coup de rafraîchissement. L’hôtel est mal insonorisé (comme dans tous les hôtels on entend les gens dans le couloir ou les chariots de ménage). L’ensemble était plutôt propre. Les extérieurs de l’hôtel sont superbes. Le patio est très joli et agréable pour prendre le thé ou un verre après dîner. Les restaurants de l’hôtel sont très bons. Le personnel est adorable et au petits soins. "

"The hotel was generally good. The hotel generally felt very old and dated but the rooms and bathrooms were cleaned daily and well maintained.
The location was good also. Very close to the train station and most local sightseeing and shopping destinations.
The breakfast was definitely a major plus point and the staff were brilliant. Good variety of different food and an impressive amount of selection."

"My room was freezing cold. Unfortunately the radiator from 1920 didn’t work. The engineer made 4 trips with different tools at 11:00 at night but still couldn’t get it to work. I slept in my clothes. The shower was lovely but seriously flooded the bathroom with 3 inches of water. My chicken dinner at the Asian restaurant was undercooked which is a recipe for serious illness and rice was $15 extra. "We very much enjoyed staying at the riad. Its location in the medina was exactly what we were looking for. Centrally located for walking, beautiful architecture, extremely friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommend."
